Units with a great view. The location was fantastic, not too far away from Twenty-Six Martyrs Museum and Monument.

A wide range of goodies for breakfast. Particularly helpful staff, modern and compact rooms with built in USB ports for recharging and a great view, as example. Favourable location for our visit to Twenty-Six Martyrs Museum and Monument not too far away from the hotel. Near a bus stop, convenient.

Immaculately clean and compact room - bed was large. The hotel was in a very central setting close to bus stop coming in from the airport.

The location was perfect for exploring the city, being close to the train station and many attractions. The room facilities were excellent, and I especially loved the coffee machine at reception. Matsumoto at the front desk was friendly and attentive to our needs. In-room requests were promptly addressed by staff who came to our room personally. Definitely recommend this hotel for a comfortable and convenient stay.
Would highly recommend this hotel.

the room itself was perfectly clean and compact here with nice touches and a great view, as for instance. location: the hotel was near to museums in walking distance, the main railway station and two lines of the very efficient street car tram system and many sights and many restaurants. spent a nice evening at rodan, located short walk from the venue.

We had a great stay at Hotel Wing Port in Nagasaki. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the train station. The room had all the amenities we needed, including a coffee maker and TV with English channels. It was clean and well-maintained. The staff, though not fluent in English, were friendly and tried their best to assist us. The only minor drawback was the small room size, but that's to be expected in Japan. I would definitely recommend this hotel for its convenient location and comfortable stay.

Great location, walking distance to train station and tourist attractions. Free DHC products were a nice touch. The room was clean and comfortable.
The staff called way too early in the morning to remind us about check-out time. It felt unnecessary and rude.

Great value for money with a comfortable and quiet room, excellent location near the train station and tram stop. The staff was very friendly and helpful, even though they only spoke Japanese. The hotel is well-maintained and offers convenient amenities like Wi-Fi and complimentary mineral water.
Food for breakfast could have been better.

The hotel is conveniently located near the main train station, making it easy to explore nearby tourist spots. The staff were very friendly and made us feel welcome with their warm hospitality. The room was cozy but well-organized, with free, high-speed internet and good quality toiletries.
The ventilation in the hallways and some of the rooms wasn't great. This made the smell of cigarette smoke from the smoking floors quite noticeable, which could be unpleasant for some guests.

This hotel is great value for money, with small but comfortable rooms that are clean and well-maintained. The location is extremely convenient, just a short walk from the main train station and tram stops. The staff are helpful and friendly, and the basic amenities are readily available.
No improvements necessary, everything was ok.

The hotel is conveniently located close to the train station, making it easy to get to all the main city attractions. I also found it great that there were many eating options nearby, giving me many cuisine choices to choose from. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and it was apparent that the hotel facilities were well-maintained. Moreover, I had no trouble finding parking spaces around the hotel vicinity.
Nothing to dislike.

We spent our Xmas in this hotel and it was a great experience! We loved the fact that the staff was so friendly and helpful, always making sure that we had everything we needed. They even gave us some lovely seasonal treats and a few extra toiletries as complements! The hotel has a really great location, being very close to the train and bus stations, which was really handy when we wanted to explore the city. Another great advantage was the fact that our room had a really nice hot bath which was perfect after a long day of sightseeing.
As much as we liked the hotel, there were a few things that we didn't enjoy. the bed wasn't the most comfortable and it made it a bit difficult to sleep.

Great value for money, especially considering the convenient location near the train station. The staff was friendly and provided helpful service. The basic amenities in the room, like the air purifier and coin laundry, were a nice touch. Although the rooms were small, they were comfortable and had everything one would need. The breakfast offered a good variety of Japanese and Western options.
No major issues, just keep in mind that breakfast ends at 9:30, which may be early for some.
